The ribbons are to celebrate the survival of certain children.  I didn't find out who they were.   It looks good.   It is on the fence of the Catholic Church Ballarat.

I guess this is at a kindergarten -- a tree of spiders.   Innovative!

They are all artificial -- plastic.

I was driving past and was quite amazed at all the flowers in the garden, so I stopped to take some photos.   When I got up close I was surprised!

I think this is so sweet.  

A love of flowers, but probably cannot afford real ones.
