Did you know colours have meaning? Green is the colour of faith. It is a restful colour. Think of the difference between looking at a barren landscape and one with lush green grass and beautiful green leaves on the trees. Of course there is also beauty in the barren land if you look for it, but the most refreshing and restful is to the green.
The pictures below are from the Dandenong Ranges.
I have to say it again --- ferns of all kinds are so beautiful. Do you agree? If not, its okay. We all have our different likes.
This picture was taken many years ago. It was such a pretty place. It looks like Queensland, but I think it was a forest in Victoria.
Jesus is knocking at the door of your heart today. He says, "Behold I stand at the door and knock: if any man/woman hear my voice and open the door, I will come in and sup with him and he with Me." Revelation 3:20.
Will you open the door?
It takes faith, so take hold of the green.
Isn't this fern pretty with the sun shining through it?

Friend, Perhaps you are feeling sad or alone, hurt or bewildered. God understands. He made things of beauty to reveal His love to you. Look away from the problems just for a moment and see the beauty around you. Search it out and thank Him for everything you see that is beautiful. Create a spirit of thankfulness and your own spirit will be blessed.
This delightful front door and fern invites friends to visit. God also invites you to visit His beautiful front door in prayer. He will invite you in, but the latch is only on the outside. It is up to you to open the door. He never forces His way. He wants you to come as a willing guest, and He will bless you.

Ferns are so delicate and pretty. My favourite colour is green, so they are special for me. Maidenhair ferns are especially lovely. Some are so fragile, I love to touch them. I thank the Lord for such beautiful green leaves of ferns.
The light shining through the fern is so beautiful.
